An example of the kind of restaurant we have in mind is the highly rated "Trail's End" in nearby Concord, whose owners have indicated an interest in operating a restaurant in the Old LIbrary. (They also had a look at the Jones house barn, and felt, like many other professionals, that it would not be suitable). We recently had dinner at "Trail's End" and found the food excellent and reasonably priced. See the menu here, and pictures below:
